SCAN Button Your device incorporates CB channel scan function. This feature allows you to scroll through 40 channels and stop on the channel're busy and will remain on that channel for about 7 seconds after the end of the conversation detected, then resume again the channel scan. To activate this feature press the SCAN button, the display will indicate the operation. If you would like to complete the action of scanning, press the button again SCAN or PTT button located on the microphone, this completes the scan function. FEED Button 9 / RESET Press this button in case of emergency, this will lead to Channel 9 immediately (emergency channel). This button can also be used as RESET when the station does not work properly. Hold this button while turn on the radio to reset the device (reset). By taking this action, the display will show the letters RS and the station will reset to initial factory settings. UP channel selector (up) / DOWN (down) Press UP or DOWN buttons to select the desired channel. When these buttons are pressed quickly change channels up or down depending on which button you choose. Power Cable Connection Connect the power cable to the vehicle battery (red wire to positive 13.8 volts and black wire to ground) or power supply (in the same way as in the battery.) Pay close attention to this step, a wrong connection (reverse polarity) or a higher voltage power supply to 13.8 volts will damage the equipment. External Speaker The station has connector on the back for connecting external speaker jack with 3.5 mm jack.
