MAT-Y 200
AT-Y200 is specially designed for Yaesu brand transmitters with RF power no more than 200W (SSB), such as FT-891, FT-991A, FTDX10, FTDX101D and FTDX101MP. Importantly, it cannot be used with the FTDX5000 and FT-2000 transmitters, as these do not feature a standard Yaesu 8-pin tuner interface. For the FTDX-101MP transmitter, when using an external tuner, it will automatically adjust the maximum RF power to 100W. Therefore, when using this tuner, the maximum output power is 100W. The FT-817/818 transmitter also cannot use this tuner; If you are using this transmitter, please choose mAT-10 tuner, which is specially designed for FT-817/818. This tuner is also an excellent choice for users who enjoy operating the transmitter in digital modes such as FT8, CW, and RTTY. In most tuners, it is not possible to resist RF signals of digital modes up to 100 watts. The mAT-Y200 allows the passage of RF signals of digital modes up to 100 watts. The mAT-Y200 has a working frequency range of 1.8-54MHz and a maximum allowable RF power of 200 watts.
As an external antenna tuner, it connects to the transmitter via a mAT-CY control cable. The transmitter supplies power to the tuner through this cable, communicates with it and controls its operation. The tuner does not require an additional power supply. It can track and synchronize the frequency data with the transmitter, just like the mAT-30 classic tuner, which makes the operation of the tuner very convenient.
