NXR-1800E2-KIT UHF

The Kenwood NXR-1800E2-KIT UHF is a UHF repeater that operates in the 400-470 MHz range, supporting both analog and digital communications via DMR or NXDN. This equipment allows a smooth transition to digital technology, ideal for professional communications networks. It includes the KPSRPT power supply for continuous performance and the DPF706913 UHF duplexer that optimizes signal separation at UHF frequencies, improving clarity and range in demanding environments. It is suitable for high-power and mission-critical communication systems.

The repeater features a 1.71-inch OLED display that is easy to read and operate. Its temperature-controlled fan ensures that the equipment maintains optimal performance even under high load conditions. In addition, it supports conventional multi-site IP networking, allowing up to 16 locations to be connected in digital or analog mode, with software options that expand its capacity. It also includes hot standby redundancy to ensure system continuity in the event of a failure.

The repeater offers flexible operation in simplex and half-duplex modes, and its remote control via an IP interface allows for efficient management. All this makes it a robust and adaptable solution for advanced communication systems and professional networks that require high reliability.

Software options:
DMR Conventional License: Allows you to enable DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) mode, providing clear and efficient digital communication for professional applications.

NXDN Conventional License: Activates NXDN mode, a digital radio protocol developed by Kenwood and Icom that improves coverage capacity and audio quality, ideal for large-scale radio networks.

Conventional IP Network License: Enables IP networking for multiple sites, allowing communication between repeaters over the IP network, both in analog and digital mode, extending coverage over wider geographic areas.

SIP Phone License for NXDN or DMR: Allows the integration of SIP phones with the radio system, enabling interoperability between telephone networks and NXDN or DMR radios, facilitating communication between telephone and radio users.

These software licenses allow the KENWOOD NXR-1800E2 to be customized for different work environments and to enhance its performance according to the user's communication needs.

Note: Includes power supply ref. KPSRPT and includes duplexer ref. UHF-DPF706913

DMR License: Not Included
The Kenwood KWDNX10DCK DMR license is an activation key that allows compatible equipment (such as the NXR-1700E repeater) to use DMR digital functions, expanding the system's capabilities to operate in digital modes in addition to analog. This license is required to unlock advanced features on DMR digital radio networks, such as improved channel management and greater clarity in long-distance communication.
NXDN License: Not Included
The Kenwood NXDN KWDNX10NCK license enables NXDN functionality on compatible devices, such as the NXR-1700E repeater, expanding its capabilities to operate on the NXDN digital standard. This is ideal for voice and data communication networks in professional environments, providing greater audio clarity, security and spectrum efficiency. This license is essential for users requiring secure and efficient digital communication on NXDN systems.
