The Yaesu DR 2X is a C4FM / FM dual band repeater / base station with full function. And unlike many other repeaters, the DR 2X handles conventional FM and C4FM digital transmission. The Yaesu System Fusion technology features the AMS Automatic Mode Select feature that instantly recognizes whether the signal is conventional digital or FM C4FM and automatically switches to match the received mode. The front panel has a 3.5-inch high-luminance full-color TFT touch screen. The rear panel has AC input and backup DC input. The power input is automatically switched to the DC input during power outages.
