Is it safe to buy from LOCURA DIGITAL?

At Locura Digital, we take care of your personal data and avoid storing sensitive information like bank details, card numbers, etc. For this reason, we will never ask you for your bank details; it will always be you who makes the payment directly with the institution of your choice.

In the case of bank transfers, we will provide our account number so you can make the payment securely.

For payment options like credit card, PayPal, or others, we will always redirect you to the secure page of the institution, so that you can enter your details with complete peace of mind through their security protocols.
As for your personal data needed to complete the order, they are processed according to the Privacy and Data Protection regulations.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not been shipped from our warehouse, you can cancel your order by sending an email or calling our sales department. You must clearly state the reason for the cancellation, as well as your details and order number.

What steps should I follow to make a return?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. The product and packaging must be in perfect condition, with all its documentation included. If the product is not in perfect condition and/or the original packaging is not included or is damaged, the item may suffer a depreciation.

The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. LOCURA DIGITAL, S.L. will not accept shipments with postage due, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In this case, please contact our sales department beforehand at phone: (+34) 93 861 63 72.

To exchange the item for another one, please contact our sales department to explore this option.

You can also inform us of your right to withdraw from this contract via email at info@locuradigital.com.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough for the communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding deadline.

How much does shipping cost?

For shipments to Spain, mainland and Balearic Islands
The cost is 6.5 Euros (taxes included).
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
The cost is 27,50 Euros. Upon delivery, the customer must pay the customs clearance fee and the IGIC tax.
For shipments to Portugal
The cost is 6.5 Euros (taxes included). Some specific locations may have an additional charge for redelivery. If you provide us with your postal code, we will confirm the exact shipping cost to your address.
