How to Buy

BUY ONLINE

  1. Browse the website through the product categories. When you find the product you are interested in, click on the "Buy" button. A button like this:
  2. A window will open with your shopping cart, as shown in the image below:

    • Select the shipping area and payment method. (You will be able to see the total cost)
  3. If you are satisfied with the total, you must click the "PROCESS ORDER" button (in blue): Here you will continue with your purchase process.
  4. If you clicked the "PROCESS ORDER" button, a page will appear with step 1 of the purchase process, where there are two options:
    • REGISTER (I am not a customer yet): A form will appear where you must select whether you are a company or an individual, and fill in your billing details. On this screen, you should enter the password you would like us to ask for the next time you log in to make a purchase.
    • LOGIN (I am already a customer): Fill in the fields with your email and password. If you have forgotten it, you can request it by clicking the "I forgot my password" button, and you will quickly receive an email with your password.
  5. Check that all your data is correct and up to date. To continue with the purchase process, click the "Process Order" button (blue).
  6. Proceed to step 3, where you should verify that everything is correct. Here you have the option to modify your billing and shipping details. Carefully review the payment information. When you confirm this step, the order will be sent to your email and the sales department at Locura Digital, but it will not be finalized until we receive payment.
  7. At this point, we have received your order, and you will receive a copy. Depending on the payment method you selected, different pages will appear.
    • By bank transfer
      • Account holder: LOCURA DIGITAL, S.L.
      • For international transfers (we recommend sending a payment receipt via email to speed up the shipping)
      • SPECIAL FOR PORTUGAL CLIENTS (we recommend sending a payment receipt via email to speed up the shipping)
      • When making the payment, don't forget to include the reference that we will provide with your order. It is essential to identify your payment.
    • By cash on delivery, the customer pays the carrier when the goods are received. For Spain, this system carries an additional 5,00% charge on the total invoice, which the carrier collects as a commission. The minimum commission is 3,00 euros.
    • For Portugal, the cost is 5,00%, and the minimum commission is 12,00 euros.
      For Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries, cash on delivery is not available.

    • By VISA or EuroMasterCard credit card. You will enter a secure page of our financial institution where you will be asked for the card number and expiration date. Once accepted, you will be directed to a secure page of the bank/cashier where your card is issued, where they will request a security code. This code will vary depending on the institution; if you do not have it yet, you must request it from your bank. This ensures that your card is not used for fraudulent purchases by third parties.
    • By PayPal. When you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment platform. There, you will be asked to log into your account and confirm the purchase. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to our page.
    • Pay in Installments (3, 6, or 12 months) with Sequra. Split your payment into 3, 6, or 12 months for a small fixed monthly fee. Just with your ID, mobile, and bank card. Instantly and without paperwork. You can pay off your balance anytime with no extra cost.
      • For example, if you choose to pay a 180€ order in 3 months, you would pay 63€ per month (just 3€ per installment).
