ICOM IC-R 8600 Analog and Digital Scaner Frequency 10 kHz -3 GHz.
The IC-R8600 is a 10 kHz to 3 GHz super wideband communication receiver that allows you to hear and view a wide variety of signals in various ways. Not only does it decode various digital communication signals, but the advanced FPGA processing technologies implemented provide clarity and precision of the received signals.
With optional remote control software for a Windows PC, received spectrum and audio data can be transferred over an IP network for monitoring from remote locations. The R8600 has 11 RF filters for the HF band and 13 for the VHF / UHF bands. To prevent interference, so that only the desired band passes, and avoid the rest of the signals out of range. The R8600 offers 30dBm IP3 and 105 dB in dynamic range at 14.1MHz. IP3 is 10dBm at 144MHz and 0dBm at 440MHz. The first in the industry, the IC-R8600 has a high resolution display where you can see the spectrum image cascading. The display offers high resolution, up to 30 images per second, ± 2.5 MHz wide and 110dB of dynamic range (at ± 2.5 kHz). The waterfall display allows you to see weak signals. By touching the screen you can see the operating frequency. Another special feature of the IC-R8600 is the ability to decode various digital operating modes. In addition to the usual AM, FM, WFM, SSB, and CW analog modes, P25, NXDN, and D-Star can also be decoded.
