Sirtel SMA-4
The Sirtel SMA-4 antenna is a VHF wing antenna designed to operate in the 144 to 174 MHz frequency band, making it suitable for applications in the VHF band.
This antenna is cuttable adjustable, meaning its length can be tailored to optimize its performance at the desired frequency. It has an antenna length of 53 cm and uses a stainless steel rod for greater durability.
With a bandwidth of 7 MHz and a gain of 2.15 dBi, this antenna provides good reception and transmission of signals in the VHF band.
The Sirtel SMA-4 antenna can be installed on the body of a vehicle using a 19 mm hole for proper installation, or it can also be mounted on external brackets to adapt to different configurations and installation needs.
Sirtel SMA-4 comes with a 4.5 meter long RG58 cable, but does not include the male PL connector. It is important to note that RG58 cable is a common type of coaxial cable used for antenna connections in radio applications.
If you need to connect the antenna to radio equipment that requires a male PL connector, you will need to purchase this connector separately and connect it to the end of the RG58 cable.
